The managerial structure of Al Haj Abdul Jawadh Alim Waliullah Trust has been enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Incorporation Act No. 46 of 2009. Accordingly it acts as under.
All institutions that have been incorporated with this Trust are not only being managed by their own committees but also they maintain their own accounts separately. Their accounts shall be audited by the qualified auditors and the activities shall be supervised by the authorized personnel appointed by the Board of Management. In addition some of these institutions have their own small financial resources received through grants and donations. Rest of the Institutions is funded by Al Haj Abdul Jawadh Alim Waliullah Trust.
